A few words about who we are
NKG Investments are a Buckinghamshire based property development and investment company.
NKG Investments were established in April 2003, as Banana Properties Limited, to build individually designed homes in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. The company diversified into refurbishing existing homes and where possible creating additional value by adding additional living space by building extensions or structural alterations.
NKG Investments are owned and managed by two directors and shareholders, Karen Grace and Nigel Grace who have over 50 years’ experience in the construction and finance industries, working with some of the country’s largest property developers. They passionately believe in offering the highest levels of quality and service to their customers without sacrificing value or design.
Not only do we invest and build homes - we support others looking to do the same and our consultancy operations provide construction and development management services to clients across the United Kingdom and beyond.
